Pat Woodley
Development
Patricia Woodley, Orlando, Florida USA is an entrepreneur, licensed real estate broker and community association manager. She owned a sales & marketing company for over 20 years selling products and implementing various promotions working with corporate accounts including AMC Movie Theaters nationally, Wells Fargo, Quaker Oats. She is also the 3rd generation of a family that has devoted themselves to the development, marketing and management of real estate. She attended Seminole State College, where she graduated with a degree in interior design.
As a community leader, she has served on numerous boards of directors in non-profits, including the Rotary Club of Maitland, where she was president and chaired the Maitland Art Festival from 2016-2021. Funds from this event provide grants to many community organizations like the Lighthouse of Central Florida (childhood vision rehab) and Christmas for Children (clothing and gifts). Ms. Woodley presently serves as Director of Development and Community Relations for the Al Oerter Foundation
