Eric Josjö

Eric Josjö is a 1984 Swedish Olympic sprinter. He was the Swedish champion eight times: four times at 200 meters (1981, 1982, 1985 and 1988) and four times at 400 meters (1980, 1982, 1983 and 1985) and held the Swedish men’s 400 meters record from 1981 to 2001. Josjö won his first national championship title at 400 metres in 1980 as an 18-year-old. At the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics Josjö competed in the 4 x 400 m relay for Sweden. After retiring from athletics in 1989 Josjö has concentrated on his new career as a photographer.
